At times, it is difficult to hire people in your industry and this is why it is imperative that you treat your employees very well, allow referral programs to get new hires and have ongoing employee incentive programs. Statistics show that buying a business is much better for your finances in the long term. Starting a business from scratch is great for some people, it just takes a bit more time for your finances to catch up and actually profit.
LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
If you are thinking of buying a business the best thing you can do is JUST DO IT--it's all about action. Trust yourself and the people you go into business with, if you choose to go that way. Identify potential pitfalls and weaknesses and work within the structures you feel comfortable with to start. Establish an open-communication environment and be approachable. If you currently own a business you must evolve. No matter how successful you have been in the past, the future is not guaranteed.
